TECHNICAL INFORMATION

VARIETIES:
Primitivo, Nero di Troia, Merlot and Sangiovese.
WINEMAKING:
Drying takes place on the plants by cutting the fruit-bearing shoot when the grapes are ripe. In doing so, the plant no longer brings nourishment to the grapes which, thanks to the heat of the sun, dehydrate, favoring the concentration of all the substances contained in the grape.
ABV: 15%
